Week #4 Points

  1. So I was reading the posts from last week and NOW I find out that a fiber one bar is not a FIG. I ate one the 1st day of the challenge at 5:00 and counted it. It killed me to not have another FIG for almost 2 weeks!

    With the average weight gain of a person taking prednisone(like me) being a lb a week I really am wondering how this contest will turn out LOL! I might come out heavier! URGH!

  3. 560 - while my family ALL AROUND ME is eating fries, chicken tenders, mint brownies, Nacho Cheese Doritos, chocolate chip cookies, Dr. Pepper, etc. - THEY HAVE NO MERCY! :)


    P.S. PLEASE no one laugh at me if you see me out "running" (slow shuffle).
