Week #1 Points

REMEMBER, if you post your points by Monday night, you will receive 1 EXTRA FREEBIE to use in ANY category for Week #2. Please make sure that when you use a freebie, that you mark it somehow on your tracking sheet. (examples: use a different color pen or put a star by it) This will help you to remember what freebies you have used for the week. You still get the points when you use the freebie.

  7. Man, I can't believe all the 560's. I was so there and then Sheryl reminded me that the turkey burger I fixed on Sunday had been fried in a pan. With just the littlest amount of stupid canola oil! But fried nonetheless. So Sheryl 560 and Vonell 540.

    As for the extra freebie, my understanding is you can use it the following or next week after you've reported.

  10. Well, I am only at 460. I don't know where everyone else is at personally with weight etc, but I could reasonable lose the weight of another grown adult. So you may have got me this week, but I am going to kick everyone's tail in the weight loss category ;)
